This page explains how we research and write, how we handle images, and how the site makes money.
Sourcing
We base articles on published books, interviews, liner notes and public archives. Where accounts differ, we say so rather than picking one silently. We do not invent quotes, statistics, reviews or authors.
Oral history
Personal recollections are valuable but can be imperfect. When we use them, we compare them with other sources where possible and present them as recollections.
Images and copyright
We use only images we have created, generated or properly licensed. Original band photographs, album artwork and lyrics belong to their owners and are not reproduced here without permission. Illustrations on this site are evocative artwork, not historical photographs.
Tribute disclaimer
This is an independent historical tribute website. It is not affiliated with The Lost Gonzo Band, its members, estates, management or record labels. Names are used only to identify the subjects of our writing.
